What is Living Prints?
Living Prints is a Belgian one-man business specializing in custom 3D printing, functional garden products, and additional services such as 3D scanning, UV printing, and laser processing. All products are produced locally and to order.
Who are your services intended for?
Our services are suitable for individuals, self-employed professionals, makers, and companies looking for customization, personalization, small to medium-sized print runs, or unique functional solutions.
If the final result deviates from what was previously agreed, we will review this together and look for a suitable solution within the agreed scope of the service.
Do you work for private individuals and companies?
Yes. Both private and business customers can contact us. Businesses always receive a correct invoice.
Where are you located?
Living Prints is based in Belgium. Production is local; shipping is available within Belgium and EU countries.
How can I contact you?
You can contact us via the contact form on our website or by email. We usually respond within 1 to 2 business days.
Products (webshop)
Are products made to stock or to order?
All products are made on demand . This means we only produce after ordering, which prevents waste and allows for customization.
How long does it take for my product to ship?
The average production time is approximately 5 business days , excluding shipping. During busy periods or specific requirements, this may be slightly longer.
Are the products suitable for outdoor use?
Yes, our garden products are mainly printed in ASA , a material that is UV and weather resistant and durable.
What materials do you use for garden products?
Mainly ASA because of its durability, but depending on the product other materials can also be used.
Can products show slight deviations?
Yes. 3D printing is a manufacturing process in which small visible layer lines or minimal deviations are normal and do not constitute a defect.
3D printing service
What is Living Prints' 3D printing service?
Through our 3D printing service, you can have your own design or idea printed, in small or large quantities, with or without post-processing.
Can I have one piece printed or multiple pieces?
Both are possible. We print both single pieces and small to medium-sized series.
What file types do you accept?
We accept STL, OBJ, 3mf, and STEP , among others. Other formats are negotiable.
What if my file is not printable?
If we determine that a file is not (or not reliably) printable:
- we will contact you
- we discuss possible adjustments or optimizations
- or we propose a design solution if necessary
We do not print anything without consultation .
Can I order additional items later?
Yes.
This is the case if the analysis and any design have already been completed. Additional units can usually be produced more quickly and without new start-up costs.
Can I send examples or reference images?
I would even like to.
Reference images, sketches, or examples help you accurately assess your expectations and better tailor the final result.
You can upload this when ordering or send it by email afterwards.
Is the price shown on the quote the final price?
Yes, unless additional services are required (design, extra finishing, urgent delivery). This will always be communicated in advance.
Is the start-up fee mandatory?
Yes. The start-up fee covers preparation, monitoring, and planning and is a service. If you continue, it will be included in the final price.
If you want to have the same file printed again later, the start-up cost will be waived .
In that case, please request a new edition via the contact form, using the order number of the start-up.
How long does the entire process take?
This depends on:
- the complexity of the component
- any adjustments
- the number of pieces
After approval of the price proposal, we always provide a realistic indication of the delivery time .
What if the final product does not meet my expectations?
With customized services, clear coordination is essential.
That is why we take sufficient time during the process to properly understand and analyze your application, expectations and any references.
We never start production without your explicit approval of the price proposal and the proposed approach.
If there are any uncertainties regarding functionality, finish or use during the analysis, we will contact you first.
If the final result deviates from what was previously agreed, we will review this together and look for a suitable solution within the agreed scope of the service.
